Spending hours surrounded by co-workers every day and sharing space means we only have a certain amount of privacy at work. Sometimes people will nosily look over your shoulder to get a glimpse of the action on your screen, and I've found that often co-workers are more guilty of this than bosses. I have only one spying co-worker at work, and I hate leaving my desk when this person is around. Shortly after the person started, I had left my desk to get a glass of water, and when I came back, the person was scrolling through my Sent box because my other co-worker had accidentally deleted an e-mail I had just sent her. I was appalled but didn't say anything and as far as I'm aware, it was a one-time thing. This person is also the type to encroach on your personal space in our already very small cubicles. Can't wait 'til said person leaves...
