i'm really happy to hear that women are getting higher scores as bosses then men. it's about time that we're being recognized for our abilities and that we're not being called bossy or harsh or whatever the other negative conotations were that came along with female bosses.

gas rewards car eh? i have a credit card that says that it gives me a higher % back at gast stations since it's affiliated with one - but i've never really seen the results of that one. i don't think that i drive enough for it to really make a difference

as for back to school shopping - i was listening to the news and heard that there were declines in a lot of places. it's nice to know that walmart or whomever had some success. i think that with all the advertising that the more affordable department stores did should have helped and i'm guessing we'll hear about that soon enough.

I have to agree ilanac13. I am glad that we are making positive strides and they we are being looked at for our work and not our gender. I hope this continues.

Abercrombie and Fitch---never shopped there but I think most people right now are holding on to their money more. If they can buy clothes that they deem fashionable at Walmart or Target - I think they will go where the bargains lead. I have seen a lot of stores decrease prices during this time which is great when you want to stock your house for winter and your not in school.

My boss is a woman and the 2 other people in my office are women. She's a great boss - helps me set and reach goals and is incredibly understanding and easy-going. We are a very comfortable, successful office.
