Life is fairly routine, which is probably why we all spend so much time and effort trying to come up with ways to spice things up. But frankly, sometimes I take comfort in my weekly habits; it gives me something to look forward to and something to count on. In fact, my newest weekly ritual is dinner with my girlfriends on either Tuesday or Wednesday, and of course, before the season finale, The Bachelorette I loved to just relax on the couch each week with some chocolate.

These days, if a woman admits to being sad about her single status or reveals that she's scared she might end up alone, she's suddenly considered needy or unempowered. Though we may not be rushing out to alert our friends of these thoughts for fear of judgment, I don’t think there’s anything wrong with feeling a tinge of trepidation at the thought of being alone — it's totally normal for both genders to want companionship. So without worries of being labeled as something you're not, answer this: Are you scared of being alone.

In this day and age, where most of us carry a BlackBerry, a cell phone, an iPhone, or maybe even all three, it's easier than ever to get ahold of people. My mom, for instance, always has her phone with her, no matter the day or the time. Then there's my BFF, who is notorious for never answering her phone and lagging on her email responses.

Everyone gets angry, but some of us tend to snap more easily than others. Maybe it's a frustrating customer service representative or an irritating comment from a family member, but suddenly your anger flares up in a bout of bad temper. Fortunately, I don't get heated easily, but I'd be lying if I said that stress didn't bring out my temper.

There's just something about the relationship you have with your mom. Of course both parents love their kids unconditionally, but moms are usually the ones who possess those loving, nurturing qualities we all crave from time to time. Since I'm close with my mom, I rely on her for everything from cooking tips to a warm home when I'm sick.

The travel bug can be stronger than any flu. Once it bites, the only cure is a trip to somewhere different and new. But if you can’t get away — money’s tight, work’s too busy, or life is getting in the way — then you might get stuck with a terrible case of wanderlust.

Even if you're not a Debbie Downer per se, being a bit skeptical from time to time can be a good thing. We all know that getting prematurely excited about something can leave you disappointed, but then again, being too cynical can lead to downplaying things that deserve legitimate enthusiasm.

Though many of you have had perfectly platonic relationships with friends of the opposite sex, inarguably, there are certain friendships that can leave one person wanting more than the other. While the fear of ruining a friendship can help squash these feelings, sometimes the attraction and connection is so strong that a person can’t help but put themselves out there regardless the consequences. So what I want to know is, have you ever had someone break the just-friends rule with you.

Sex is extremely intimate, but it can also be loud, and I’m sure many of us live in close quarters with other people. No one wants to abandon a fun romp in the sack because of other people, but alerting the neighbors to your sexual habits isn’t all that fun either. Since there’s some admittedly noisy ladies out there, and because we all know that serious sex can make for a squeaky bed, let me ask: Does it bother you if other people can hear you getting it on.
