Wondering how
Zack and Miri Make a Porno star Seth Rogen suddenly got slim? The actor says it's "the lamest answer ever," but I think it's actually the best answer. On Friday, during an radio interview on KIIS-FM, Rogen
told host Ryan Seacrest: "I exercised and I dieted."

We are all similar in that most of us have health on the brain, but we differ in our reasons for striving to be healthy. A lot of us are concerned about our weight, but for many of us, getting healthy is far more deep-rooted. For example, someone who has a history of cancer in the family may be more concerned about preventing it, while others are living with diseases themselves.

You know, other than the doofy perm, bright orange skin and wait . . .

Not only do they
lift us up when we're feeling down, but our pets pretty much eliminate any excuse not to get at least some
exercise. Rats. In addition to jogs around the park or rousing catch'n'chase games, many gyms (
mine included) offer activities like this Ruff Yoga or Doga – what's your favorite workout to do with your pooches?

Hey, it makes more sense than the all-cabbage diet, starving yourself, or
zombie aerobics!

This exercise instructor must either be on goofballs, or she's getting her sports training from the
Laughing Yogi or the
Zombie Aerobics Instructor. I'd totally laugh if I were her student — but not with her.
Remember

Since Gwyneth started
flashing her pins in super-short dresses paired with fashion-forward, chunky shoes, we've all been wondering how she got her legs looking that good. Now it seems her beauty secrets may be spilled as there are
rumours she is planning on releasing a fitness video where she talks candidly about how she stays looking perfect, according to
Splash News.
A source said: "Her idea is to show, step by step, what she does every day to stay in shape. There won't be much fancy equipment involved either, because her workout is mostly yoga, some basic Pilates and flexibility, and resistance training."

For so many of us, the idea of working out corresponds with going to the gym.
The Harvard Health Letter wants us to put an end to that way of thinking and try adding a few simple ways get your heart pumping without stepping foot on a treadmill. Some of the suggestions are things that a lot of us already do — hopefully — but there are also a few new ideas I'd love to add to my day.

Former Liberty X singer, Jessica Taylor is persuading women from across London to ‘work (out) just a little bit more’ with the launch of Sweat in the City. From a treadmill on the banks of the Thames, the wife of new England Cricket Captain launched the new scheme this week to encourage us all to be more healthy, when it comes to exercise.
Sweat in the City is offering 3,000 16 – 24 year old women who live in London and currently do little or no exercise, a unique package of free and mentored gym membership.

Time to ditch the sarong and stop hiding behind the cover-ups.
