After researching Victorian-era bedding for a recent Ask Casa post, I was inspired to pull together an entire Victorian-inspired bedroom.
Traditionally, Victorian bedrooms included a bed, armoire, washstand, and dressing table, and dark woods such as mahogany, rosewood, and walnut were favored. Floors were covered with small rugs that often featured floral motifs, in color combinations such as blue and pink or red, green, and gold.
